Le pr\u00eat hypoth\u00e9caire invers\u00e9 permet de retirer une partie (ou la totalit\u00e9) des capitaux propres sur l&rsquo;immeuble.<br \/>\nAinsi avec une hypoth\u00e8que invers\u00e9e votre dette augmente alors que les capitaux propres sur l&rsquo;immeuble diminuent.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Voyons un exemple :<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les capitaux propres sur la maison des Dupont sont d&rsquo;environ 350 000 $. \u00c9tant maintenant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de la retraite, ils voudraient \u00ab\u00a0vivre un peu\u00a0\u00bb sans avoir \u00e0 vendre leur maison. Ils aimeraient recevoir 75 000 $ imm\u00e9diatement, puis 2 500 $ par mois pendant 60 mois. Le taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel sur le pr\u00eat est de 9,5 %.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Dans \u00ab\u00a0Calculs \u00e0 taux unique\u00a0\u00bb, il faut utiliser \u00ab\u00a0Paiements p\u00e9riodiques (Amortissement)\u00a0\u00bb.
