Can I input these options?<\/li>\n<li>From an Excel spreadsheet can I input the loan book \/data how do I do this \/what information is needed?<\/li>\n<li>How do I start is there someone I can speak to (I am based in the UK)?<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Answers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Q:<\/strong> We are a secured lender, our loans are secured against properties.\u00a0<\/em><em>Does the system allow us to input details of the property and loan to value (LTV) against each loan? How do I do this?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> Very easily. You can create as many custom fields as you like. You could create one with the secured property address, another with the value of this property, and finally create an LTV equation &#8211; very easy&#8230; See this other post:\u00a0https:\/\/margill.com\/can-obtain-loan-value-ltv-margill-loan-manager\/<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Q:<\/strong> Will the system give me an overview of our loan book as a whole?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A: <\/strong>Of course. Our Main window allows you to see all your loans and various fields &#8211; over 1,000 fields actually but usually you would show only 10-15 columns &#8211; don&#8217;T want to be overwhelmed with data&#8230; You choose the fields you want to see in this window. Users customize their Main window (Tools &gt; Settings &gt; User Settings). You create your own custom reports. Can I input these options?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong> A payment schedule can be completely customized to your clients&#8217; needs and the ways they actually pay. How do I do this \/what information is needed?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>A:<\/strong>\u00a0A wonderful aspect of Margill Loan Manager is its ability to import your existing Borrowers and Loans from a simple Excel sheet.<\/p>\n<p>Go to Tools &gt; Settings &gt; Special:<\/p>\n<p id=\"FCnrLmn\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"427\" height=\"116\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5204 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/img_5880cd27ede97.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/img_5880cd27ede97.png 427w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/img_5880cd27ede97-300x81.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 427px) 100vw, 427px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then map your Excel sheet to Margill fields and finally import.
