I would first create a custom field called &#8220;Asset value&#8221;. Go to Tools &gt; Settings &gt; Custom fields. Create the field for the Record Unlimited fields (could also be Custom fields 1 to 9, no matter)<\/p>\n<p id=\"zSZtLuV\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"422\" height=\"225\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5124 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/img_58656c3f75169.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/img_58656c3f75169.png 422w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/img_58656c3f75169-300x160.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Then go to Reports &gt; Equation Management &gt; New. We&#8217;ll call this equation &#8220;Loan-to-Value (LTV)&#8221;. All it is, is the Principal divided by the Asset value. We made it a little more complicated by adding the original principal plus any other capital outlays over time (Line status = Add. principal (Loan)). We format this as a percentage too.<\/p>\n<p id=\"XTmCIQN\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5129 aligncenter\" (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p id=\"kLsDZKF\">To report on this for multiple records, simply create a report with the Record List customized with the Equation we just
