<strong>Task Scheduler<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Create a Basic Task<\/strong><br>(recommended option for less experienced users)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#f3f2ed\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Step 3 \u2014 Define the Task Schedule<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter a <strong>name and description<\/strong> for the task<br>(e.g., <em>Margill Automated Reports<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>frequency<\/strong><br>o <em>Daily<\/em> is the most common choice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>execution date and time<\/strong><br>o Typically outside business hours (e.g., 1:00 AM).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#f3f2ed\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Step 4 \u2014 Link the Task to MLM<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the <strong>Action<\/strong> step, select <strong>Start a program<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Browse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the file <strong>MLM_Overnight_tasks.exe<\/strong>, located in the Margill Loan Manager installation directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:#f3f2ed\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">Step 5 \u2014 Add the Required Argument for Reports<\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To generate automated reports, the <strong>REPORTS<\/strong> argument is mandatory.<br>In the <strong>Arguments<\/strong> field, enter:<br>REPORTS=ID<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Examples<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Single report: REPORTS=5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple reports:REPORTS=1;3;5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Without the <strong>REPORTS<\/strong> argument, the task will run, but <strong>no report will be generated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
