I also added the MLM Record ID in column 1:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1030\" height=\"645\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20850\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen1.png 1030w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen1-300x188.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Save the template and run the report for all Records in the database or at least the Active loans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of my 800 or so loans, here are my Partial payments for the period from November 2023 until today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1030\" height=\"539\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20852\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen2.png 1030w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen2-300x157.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I see there is one Record with the Expected Pmt of 0.00. If this needed to be fixed, open the Record and change the Expected Pmt amount to the regular payment amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have many such Records, you could use the Post Payment tool under Tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To obtain only the pertinent Records, use the \u201cManual selection \/ Spreadsheet\u201d option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1030\" height=\"587\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20854\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen3.png 1030w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/postMGen3-300x171.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1030px) 100vw, 1030px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my situation I only selected Record 10943 manually but if you have dozens, use the File import option \u2013 you could have saved the Transaction report and picked up the MLM ID from the Excel sheet (MLM ID would be in Column 2). Then press on \u201cDisplay these Records\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Post Payment tool select the date interval and check the circled options below. Then press Refresh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All payments in the date interval show up.
