Either add a Borrower or eliminate the lines.<\/li>\n<li>Duplicated lines (we can easily see them in column A) can all be eliminated \u2013 these people have many loans \u2013 we only want Borrowers, not loans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Here is the result after the clean-up including the State and Country that now have 2 standard letters:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"utTyZZn\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15907 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"903\" height=\"164\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474.png 1061w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474-300x55.png 300w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474-1030x187.png 1030w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474-705x128.png 705w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696709738474-450x82.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 903px) 100vw, 903px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In my situation, I only need to update the State\/Province, the Country and the Postal Code. I therefore eliminate everything that should not be updated in my Excel sheet while absolutely keeping the Borrower\u00a0Unique Identifier which is the \u201ckey\u201d, allowing me to link my Excel sheet to the correct Borrower.<\/p>\n<p>You would have tens, hundreds or thousands of Borrowers for real:<\/p>\n<p id=\"XkhmHlW\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"415\" height=\"149\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15908 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_669670da1e669.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_669670da1e669.png 415w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_669670da1e669-300x108.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 415px) 100vw, 415px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4) Update the columns one by one via Global Changes for Borrowers:<\/p>\n<p>In the Main Margill window, go to Borrower under File &gt; right click on the mouse &gt; Global Changes:<\/p>\n<p id=\"Fknedyp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-15909 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696723fc4719.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"561\" height=\"277\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696723fc4719.png 772w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696723fc4719-300x148.png 300w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696723fc4719-705x348.png 705w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/img_6696723fc4719-450x222.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 561px) 100vw, 561px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on the Excel icon. In the first import, we want to change the State\/Province and therefore in the right menu, choose \u201cBorrower State, Province\u201d.
