For example, I want to change the date from March 26 to March 27?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A: This can be done in batch but each date will have to be modified. You can do this for &#8220;Due Pmt&#8221; and &#8220;Paid Pmt&#8221; lines only.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Tools &gt; Post Payments<\/li>\n<li>Check &#8220;Use Date interval&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Enter dates between March 26, 2021 and March 26, 2021 (or other dates)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In theory, you would change only the Due Pmt lines so therefore you don&#8217;t have to check &#8220;Include all Payment Line statuses&#8221;.\u00a0 In the following example, I checked the option but this is usually not necessary&#8230;<\/p>\n<p id=\"IIpRckW\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13893 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"674\" height=\"411\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489.png 1181w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489-300x183.png 300w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489-1030x628.png 1030w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489-705x430.png 705w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3dcfb7489-450x274.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 674px) 100vw, 674px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, you need to copy and paste the March 27 date (the new date) and modify line by line (faster with Ctrl C and Ctrl V (copy\/paste) compared to manually entering teh date):<\/p>\n<p id=\"xtihajh\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-13894 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"698\" height=\"265\" srcset=\"https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c.png 930w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c-300x114.png 300w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c-705x268.png 705w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c-845x321.png 845w, https:\/\/margill.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/img_605a3e0f9010c-450x171.png 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 698px) 100vw, 698px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You will then be able to modify the dates and the lines will become light green.
