The calculations I do are always unique situations such as a client telling me how much money they want per month and what the overall amount paid needs to be in 30 years. I then need to figure out the initial sales price (the original principal) and interest rate to make it work. Previous software I have used has left much to be desired. I have been using the Margill Standard interest calculation software for 3 years, to help me sort out the cost ramifications caused by the Trustees of a family trust failing to properly administer the Trust over some 25 years.
